Upon purchase, we will receive limited details about yourself in order to complete the sale via Paypal. For a selection of our products, we require some personal information about you in order to create a poem that is unique to you, e.g. 'Our Love Story' Wedding Poem. In order to comply with GDPR, we will delete your information and simply keep the details of the order for our records. If you would like your information deleted sooner, then you have the 'Right to Be Forgotten' within GDPR so you can contact us to ensure this is completed. We do not share your information with any other third parties and your privacy is important to us.
Our website regularly undertakes maintenance in order to ensure that all of our information such as prices, product descriptions etc. is accurate. Please be aware that some of the colours of the products may differ on different screens - we have provided high quality images in order to counter this but please do get in touch if you have any concerns regarding this.

All payments are taken securely using Shopify. We do not receive any of your payment details ourselves such as your card details but if you are concerned as to whether a payment has been processed, then you can contact us to confirm.
Refunds and Returns
We are certain you will be 100% happy with your order but if for whatever reason you are not, then please get in touch with us so that we can quickly ensure that the matter is settled. For our personalised poems where we send you a questionnaire to complete, we would be grateful if you could complete it with as much detail as possible to ensure that we create something you will be able to cherish! Please note that not all details will necessarily be included so if you have something specific that you would like to be in the poem, please be sure to highlight this to us. If the product has been damaged in the post, then we will require photographic evidence of this before we can arrange for it to be resent.
Terms of Sale
Each product shows the cost and the estimated time that it will take to be dispatched to you whether via post or digitally. Payment will be needed at checkout via Shopify and we do not offer any credit terms.
Terms of Delivery
Unless we are running an offer, we post all of our products second class so please do allow time for delivery once you receive your dispatched email. In the current climate with COVID-19, Royal Mail are doing everything they can to ensure there are no delays when it comes to delivery but there could still be issues. If there has been a significant delay since your dispatch email was sent to you, then please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
